Aman Cyb or Cyboulle, born January 22, 1822 in Rue de Sèvres, 55 in Paris, was a pupil of Paul Delaroche (left in 1863). Of the French school, was a painter of flowers and insects. He exhibited regularly from 1868 to 1880, particularly popular in the Russian milieu. Father-in-law of the landscape painter Hippolyte Camille Delpy (Joigny 1842-1910). Married to Marie Antoinette Lesueur, also had a daughter (Sophie Caroline Cyboulle) who married in Paris Jules Amand Fidèle Cavry (parents: Jacques Ignace Amand Cavry Julie and Pauline Emilie Couttenier) on 08/04/1868.
